prof. Marlena Plebańska

President of the STEAM Polska Foundation

Professor of Knowledge Management, graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, North East Wales Institute of Higher Education, Warsaw School of Economics. For twenty years, she has been an inspirator, expert and strategist of solutions in the field of distance learning, new media and technology. She implements innovative teaching methods in dozens of Polish schools, enterprises and non-governmental organizations. Author of over a hundred scientific publications and several dozen popular science publications. Co-author of the books "STEAM lessons" and "STEAM preschool". Active trainer and lecturer in the area of among others: knowledge management, design methods and design thinking. In 2022, she was honored with the title of "Polish Woman of the 21st Century for promoting the STEAM method".

Marta Czapińska

Vice-President of the STEAM Polska Foundation

A graduate of the University of Warsaw, a social psychologist and interpersonal skills trainer. Expert on educational policies, Head of the Strategic Team at the Polish Ministry of National Education in 2013-2015. Co-founder of several educational foundations. Is advising company management boards, local government authorities and educational institutions in the area of ​​education of the future. Promotes the STEAM educational model for 5 years. Managing Director of the STEAM Polska Foundation.
